Patterns on my body

The sun painted my skin,

Long-fingered, stroke by aqua-coloured stroke.

Hour after hour, days in the making.

The outline of my costume,

Fine-fingered, water coloured

Mapped,

perfectly onto my skin.

Exact pattern in brown and white,

Reflections of my passion,

Swimming,

Just under my skin.
